THE PROCESS

INTRO CALL
It’s important that we take a few minutes to get to know each other and what you want in your van. After you contact us one of our staff will reach out to set up an introduction call. During the call, we’re able to get a general scope of your van vision and provide an estimate of the work to be done. If everyone is in agreement, we can move forward.

SOURCE YOUR VAN

Please note, the van chassis is not included in the build estimate.

You will source and purchase or finance your own van - insure the vehicle - and then we will take it from there!  The cargo vans we build out include:

  • Mercedes Sprinter

  • Ford Transit

  • Ram Promaster

NEXT, CHOOSE YOUR MODEL LAYOUT

We offer multiple van conversion package options to accommodate your budget and size/capacity needs. Once we've secured your van, we can start working on the design you choose. See our Model Layouts below.

DEPOSIT
We require a $2,000 deposit to hold your spot in our schedule. This payment will be applied to the balance of your build. This is when we both sign the buyers guide and purchase agreement. Click button below to make your deposit and reserve your spot in our production queue

REMAINING BALANCES
Once your spot comes up in the queue, the remaining cost of the parts deposit is due so we can start on your build. This is the Parts & Components cost with sales tax, minus the $2,000 initial deposit. When your build is complete, the total for the labor is due at the time of the key exchange and you receive your fully built our dream-come-true camper van.

DURING THE BUILD
We believe this is a very important time to stay connected and keep you informed. Throughout the whole build process, we will send photos and brief updates (biweekly) so that you are in the loop the entire time. Upon request, we can schedule a live, on-site tour or Zoom meeting so you can see the current stage in the build process.

CUSTOM BUILD

DESIGN ESTIMATE MEETING
Our custom buildouts require a 1-2 hour phone call or meeting where we go through every part and detail of your project.

From this call we will be able to provide you with the price of your build. Pricing out a custom camper van is no small feat and requires several hours of work to capture all the details, therefore we charge $150 for a detailed estimate.

Ultimately, this payment will be deducted from the cost of your project.
